How do you start writing a track do you mix as you go (horizontally) making sure everything is perfect before moving on or do you try and compose a whole orchestration (linear) before you focus on sound design and mixing. I currently work horizontal but I am looking to change it up because I am not finishing as many tracks as I would like with my current work flow
