I’m looking to work with vocals in some of my tracks in the near future, but have no idea what means or way to get started on contacting a vocalist to work on my project with me.
What does it usually take to get someone to feature on your track? Reputation? An upfront payment? Simply communicating the interest?
I feel like this question can have answers from both producers who have features as well as vocalists in what they are looking for to begin working with someone on their track.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to have input though! Looking for information, is all!
