Hey guys. Found a kick/bass combo that I can't figure out how exactly is made. I know the bass is just a copy of the kick pitched down one semitone but there is some kind of pitch envelope going on with it. I found the sample like this, both kick and the bass glued together.
Here's the original:

Here's my attempt at recreating it by cutting out the "bass" part and replacing it with the kick, decreasing it's attack with an envelope and cutting out everything above 300hz with an 18db filter:

You can hear it's close, but not exactly the same. There's still some kind of pitch envelope or something that I can't seem to figure out how to recreate.
Does anyone know what's going on here?
Thanks!
