Hey guys! I've been trying to make some of my own music lately and i'm having some mental blocks with the drops and stuff. I have a moderate music theory knowledge and probably a little less than moderate knowledge of the EDM genre despite listening to a lot of it and analyzing it.
So I was wondering what you guys do if you were making a "Generic" Drop in like a big room or perhaps a Garrix styled song? I've noticed some songs use the lead layered over chords, but are there other generic methods?
