This should probably be posted in a different subreddit but this is somehow related to EDM production..
I know that major scales/chords are ment to sound happy most of the time, but very often i find songs with major scales more depressing and sad sounding than songs with minor scales (defeating its purpose of use?). This is not a problem for me, I'm just wondering why it is this way. What's your thought on this? and explainations are welcome :)
