I been having way too much problems on making future bass due to the complex chord progressions that it needs. Just to note, I know my basic chord progressions and how to finish them (journey, removing tension, and what not). I'm aware that future bass heavily uses things such as seventh chords, extended chords, suspended chords, inversions, different modes, and such. I know what they are, the problem is I don't know how to apply them at all. I know some songs don't utilize all of these and I don't have to use all of it to make great music. I also know that you should use what sounds good to your ear but it feels very limiting not knowing how.
I want to know a BASIC chord progression usable for future bass that I could work my way from, hopefully utilizing some of the things I mentioned. Chord progressions in songs such as Virtual Riot - Stay For A While, Dabin - Hold, KRNE x Inverness - Afterlife is what I am looking for. Way sorry if this is way too demanding.
