I've recently started using Abletons resample function to save my layered sounds as audio files.
Issue is that when playing the resampled sound with much higher or lower notes than the original sample, the sound begins to drastically change and loses it quality. So I'm having to save different notes of each sample.. like saving C, E, G. It's very tedious and also makes it less convenient to use in a song because I have to create many separate midi tracks if my chord progressions involves a variety of notes in different octaves.
Is there a simple way around this? Can Abletons sampler use multiple samples all in one sampler or something?
