We at /r/AdvancedProduction are a learning community dedicated to discussion of all aspects of music production and audio engineering. Since I know there are budding programmers out there in the audio production community, as well as skilled developers writing the software we use everyday, I thought it'd be a great idea to provide a platform to bridge these worlds for the sake of education -especially for those interested in learning DSP.
.
This Thursday (TOMORROW), April 6th (11am PST, 2pm EST) we will be hosting an AMA/Discussion thread with Chris Johnson of AirWindows. We hope to discuss a little bit of everything from the essentials of DSP to the marketplace for audio software developers and the wants of the general consumer.
.
Please join us and give your two cents and enlighten our community or part take in asking some questions if you're new! I hope this will serve as a great primer for newcomers while being stimulating enough for the veterans.
