I've read so much about music production and the technical shit surrounding it I'm constantly paranoid I'm doing something wrong. It occurred to me the other day while I was sitting there tweaking my drums and not finishing my track that I have too much anxiety about doing something wrong or not doing enough or any other number of worries during the creative process. I'm just trying to see if anyone else here has struggled with this and what they did to overcome it. I know the "if it sounds good, it is good" line that gets thrown around a lot. But if you've ever dealt with anxiety as a disorder you know how insidious it can be and how it's much more complex then just relaxing and to stop worrying about shit.
