Getting back into music production after a 6 year hiatus. I payed $10 for Reason 6's 'pay what you want' upgrade since I only used it occasionally as a pseudo-VSTi as ReWire. Rest of Reason's 'upgrades' have been meh for me for $129. However, the Christmas sale with extra RE & the new MIDI racks are interesting.
I see the Mixer & Sequencer views are improved. But wanting to edit the same channel from one view to another is hard to manage. (eg I want to edit the rack parameters from the buss mixer view, but getting to the right effect requires too many clicks).
In light that I have FL Studio & Live Suite already, should I just spend what little I have on the upgrade? Honestly I haven't found any of the 3 DAW's have really good work flow. (Most fun I had making songs was with Jeskola Buzz... wondering if I should just wait to buy Bitwig...?)
