Hey guys, i have no previous knowledge of music production, other than music being what i love most in life... I bought a Akai MPK MKII mini and ableton 9... I am wanting to remix edm songs and eventually make songs of my own... I am having trouble mapping the keys and when i do map them no sound comes out when i used the mapped key..' Also can anyone give me any tips on where to start learning on how to remix songs and tell me if the mkII mini is even something that will allow me to do what i am wanting to do.
