So I've been obsessed over producing music for awhile now, but I've never mastered or released anything. I noticed that Waves Gold is on sale and so is Izotope Music Production 2. Should I get one of these or is there a better option out there for an amateur? I definitively want to have great mastering but I would rather learn and do it myself rather than paying someone else to do it for every track. The Izotope bundle is almost $700 CAD right now so I would much rather buy it now before it goes back to regular price.
