I was re-inspired by this sidebar video of Gregor Zemljic doing a production workshop and have been building a Google Sheets template to help me organize and speed up my analysis efforts.

I did some searching online to see if anyone else had created and shared any similar templates, but all I could find were best practices and basic checklists. Has anyone else in the community attempted something similar via Excel, Google Sheets, or anything else that they would be willing to share?
