Hi Again! i'm in the market for some hardware synths drum machines samplers with step sequence abilities such as the Digitakt, digitone ect but since i've been watching you tube i haven't really seen anyone be able to make a full song that's good enough to be on a album or played on the radio! A Lot off it is just weird ambient plinks and plonks with a beat to it. Maybe i watching the wrong video but i've seen over 50 and there not much id would say are Night club ready!
Don't get me wrong i love them and will be getting both the digitone and digitakt tomorrow but still im wondering am i making the right move?I love ambient chilled and the weird songs to but i want to use it to make real house songs or industrial techno That could be put up for sale on beatport like my other songs i've sold! So id love to hear other ppl thoughts on this and whether it's designed for music production at a pro level! Or am i just best using it in combination with Ableton which kinda defeats the purpose off hardware only music
Cheers....
