My Alesis q25 is playing a different note than the key that is pressed. It seems to be shifting 2 notes up than the original key. For example, when I press C on the keyboard it plays D#. Here is a list of the keys and the notes they are actually playing: C=D#, C#=E, D=F, D#=F#, E=G, F=G#, F#=A, G=A#, G#=B, A=C, A#=C, B=D.
If someone knows a fix to this, I will forever be greatful! I have googled and submitted a ticket with the manufacturer, so I thought I would ask here. If anyone knows of a better place I could ask, please let me know.
