Hey guys,
So I'm working on a track and I have some vocal tracks which I recorded with another artist.
The thing is, the performance wasn't thaaat great.
Due to some constraints I don't think I'm going to be able to get another session in.
What do you guys do when you are forced to work with less than stellar vocal tracks?
I have melodyne and I think I've done a pretty good job of cleaning it up. But since I know where I started from I think I'm having trouble listening objectively. To me I still hear what I wish was there vs how it actually sounds.
Any anecdotes would be appreciated.
