Hi Reddit!
I have decided to make the switch from Logic Pro X to Ableton Live. Any advice from others who have made a similar transition would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Some background: I started making music in GarageBand years ago, at the time I was mainly producing alternative music with a guitar, keyboard and drum pads. As I grew I purchased Logic as it seemed like a natural progression. I really have no complaints about Logic, it's a great and intuitive program. However, as my musical tastes evolved and I began getting into electronic music Ableton seemed like a better alternative, especially for loops and clip launching.
