lately I'm struggling with the Instrumentation on my songs. I don't really know which instruments to choose and what they could play (arps, chords, new melody,...) in the verse or intro, when I have my 8 bar loop for the main theme. I understand that it's basically personal preference, but are there any kind of tutorials or tips out there, because I coudln't find any.
