So... i am going to study Music Technologie and i am building a studio at home. I am going to order 2 Yamaha HS7's (with stands) and i am thinking about to buy a Focusrite Scarlett Solo (2nd Gen) with it. I have a Macbook pro 2017 (w/out touchbar). I would like to know some suggestions that will give my productions a BOOST. Do i need a focusrite solo or is a more cheap audio interface enough too? (If yes, suggestions are welcome!)
What i have:
- Macbook Pro (2017) (W/out touchbar)
- Casio dmp-120 (For the keys)
- Akai LPD 8 (for the little extra controls)
- Some docks for USB connections.
