Hey fellow producers. I’m traveling alot and I want to start producing while flying but I need a good pair of headphones to do that. My first thoughts was getting a pair of active noise canceling headphones such as the sony ones or bose qc. I know these don’t have flat frequency response or anything like that, but I won’t use them for mixing. I will only use them for writing my music on the plane and then do the mixdowns when I got my studio monitors. Is this a good idea or should I get another pair of headphones? I tried the sennheiser hd25 but they didnt isolate enough sound, so I had to turn them up too high.
