Top voted comment is just wrong. Not the explanation of the technique per se but that it would be used here. Nevertheless it got 54 upvotes - obviously by people that didn't bother to check or don't know any better.
If you'd actually bothered to check for example by comparing the examples presented on the website it becomes painfully obvious. Very sad to see that everybody that questioned the claim in the thread just got down voted as well.
