Some Kind of Windows or Andriod Program to make music video content quickly.

I am basically looking for a program or app when I can drag An MP3 or Wav. Both ideally to make a quick video with my music. Something simple like a dynamic visual equalizer or similar while the song plays. SO I can post music to Instagram/ YOutube
