Last night I was in clubs with friends of mine. Music was loud. I spent 4 hours in clubs. After that my ears were ringing 1 hour and 40 minutes ( 100 minutes ). Is my hearing damaged?
Now I am worried. I want to know how to protect my hearing and what to use to protect my ears. Is there anything that looks cool like some headphones for cell phone, or iPod? I do not want to look weird with some plugs in my ears.
I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where can I buy some hearing protection on internet?
