Hi I recently purchased a drum sampler for Kontakt player and whilst I'm mostly happy there is one issue. I've tried contacting NI through their website but every time i go to submit a ticket or contact support there seems to be a bug that logs me out.
Anyway the problem is that after the decay stage on any samples amp envelope, instead getting silence, there is a click or pop. This is especially noticeable on kicks and get's louder the shorter the decay stage is. The funny thing is I used to use battery years ago and I remember having this issue on that too.
