So I went to use serum today and it came up with the license expired error message, followed all of the trouble shooting I could and nothing helped so I logged in to my Splice account to find out that I apparently am not on a rent to own plan and I don't have Serum.
I've emailed the support team and they are saying they can't see any plan on my account, I have emailed them my receipts and proof of payment for the last two transactions but currently waiting for their reply...
Just wondering if this is a freak occurrence (just my luck) or if anyone else has had a problem with this?
