So I was bouncing around in the FL patcher presets, and found a goldmine of multiband and mid/side effects presets made. I'd recommend taking a look around in your DAW(looking at you, Ableton) to see if you have access to racks that are really useful but really tedious to make.
You could save a buck from having to buy VSTs if you aren't too picky about the sound.
