Other than continually failing to learn the bass and ukulele for a couple of years, I have no musical background. I found a cool site detailing how to make a replica of the jorvik panpipes and it sounded like a cool project. They make some nice noises, but I don't know how to string them together into something good sounding. I made it with the exact measurements given so apparently the notes are:
A, 30 cents sharp
B, spot on
C#, 15 cents flat
D, 40 cents sharp
E, 50 cents sharp
Other than the A, B, C, D, and E, I don't really know what this means. I tried looking up musical cents and just got confused.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mostly I want something to do around the campfire. That and to actually possibly learn how to play at least one instrument. Thanks
