I find myself very able to compose and arrange at this point, yet I am dog shit at sound design. This feels weird to me because I have serum, Reaktor (almost all the instruments for it too), FM8, massive, dune2, and my stock plugins. Is there any resources that make sound design easier and less boring? Also, is there some rule Im unaware of that states it's wrong to use presets? Like I know a lot of people dislike them, but I've also heard presets in packs I own in popular songs (rush over me uses a LD preset I have). So I guess this a "help me find resources for sound design" as well as "is using presets wrong?" thread. Thank you (:
