i've been getting into the mellow progressive sound -- those mellow house songs that aren't exactly "deep house", but def aren't the current festival defintion of progressive house --
sounds are always super warm -- usually on anjunabeats or anjunadeep- and the musics mostly about uplifting melodies and stuff, but never too in your face
example: https://soundcloud.com/yotto/slowly or https://soundcloud.com/anjunabeats/seven-lions-jason-ross-feat-paul-meany-higher-love-spencerbrown-remix
so far most of the resources i've found has either been too Deep House-y or too Progressive House-y -- but this is somewhere in between. nice n warm
the one thing i've found that seems like it could work is Audiotent, although their stuff is mostly darker and melodic techno oriented
any recomendations for:
- 1. drum sample / loop packs
- 2. tutorials / templates
- 3. preset packs
thanks!
