So i started my production journey a few months ago and i learnt and practiced a few topics in my DAW Started from : 1)Choosing the DAW (Ableton)
2)Learning all the basics of my DAW ( What is what and what does what)
3)Learning Music theory
4)Pulling a track in my DAW and learning how tracks are structured. ( Intro, drop etc)
5)Taking samples/presets/loops of melody, bassline , kick and chord progression and arranging them into a 2 minute song. (mediocre level:P)
I know how to structure and arrange a song. But im still not able to create a song from scratch.
Can someone help me as to what should i do to be able to compose a song in my DAW.
P.S - I haven't touched on topics like Sound Design, Synthesis, Audio Processing/Effects, Virtual Instruments ,Automation, Mixer Routing, Mixing/ Mastering.
Can someone guide me as to what should be my next approach PLEASE HELP.
