Hey guys, I am new here, and I'll be brief. Last night I was attempting to record some rap vocals in FL studio with a friend. Standard set-up: Condenser to audio interface straight into FL. We got the job done, but I found the whole process extremely cumbersome. I'm new to FL, but I do have a lot of experience with recording and mixing in Logic Pro X. The entire process of recording audio tracks in Logic was so seamless and intuitive while FL Studio seems to make it as difficult as possible. I WOULD just bounce the stems and record vocals over in Logic, but I no longer have that Mac and am stuck on a PC. Does anyone else find recording audio in FL non-intuitive? Are there any good tutorials for making it easier? What short-cuts or tricks have any of you found to make the process less aggravating?
TL;DR: Recording vocals in FL sucks; how do y'all make the process easier?
