I want to get one of these studio headphone pairs for mixing on my PC at home and MAC in college and ideally for listening on my phone although it isn't that important as I already have a decent pair of consumer style headphones for phone. Would it be worth getting the 250 ohms model and also getting an amp or is there negligible sound quality difference between 80 and 250 ohm models? I have no amp for my pc, should I get the 250 ohm and an amp or is that not worth it or not necessary?
