Hi, this is my first time on this subreddit.
I've recently been working on a new project and I would like to hear some feedback from you guys since I always get stuck in the same spot while making songs and never ask anybody for advice. I find that my mix is a bit underwhelming when I compare it to professional songs on youtube/spotify, and I can't seem to figure out the perfect EQ settings to make my mix 'pop' out of the speakers.
Secondly I think there is still some stuff missing from my song but I can't quite put my finger on it (except for the buildup part, I know there is still a lot missing there)- any help would be appreciated!
