Hi everyone. I hope this is the right place to ask these questions. Pardon me if it is not.
I want to learn music theory, and then learn how to compose songs (all genres: pop, r&b, edm... I'm not sure but I love them all). I don't tend to learn piano, so I think I should buy a keyboard (tried guitar but it's not for me)
-
Can I learn music and compose it with a keyboard? (connect it to my laptop and produce some melody? I have no idea about this)
-
What is the cheapest keyboard that good enough for my needs? Or which type of keyboard I should choose (which basic features it should have). Someone suggest me kuztman k300 or yamaha e4xx.
-
I tend to self study first, then I'll go to class later, so I will know what I need to ask my teacher, what I am looking for. Is that a good idea?
Thank you.
