Hi all. The last few months I've been working two jobs and can't quite practice the way I would like to. I do pizza deliveries but I'm also looking to find some things I can practice while at my main job which is an office job. My question is, if you were in my situation how would you practice. What would do to keep improving your craft. So far I'm thinking I'll pre record things on my phone (intervals, chord progressions) on my phone to get some ear training in. I can record on my phone and put these examples on a loop. I like to get ear training in when I don't have an instrument but I also have a little fake practice guitar neck that I'll take around with me.
I'm at a computer most my day then doing deliveries for 4-5 hours day when I get off the main job.
If you were working two jobs and not spending a lot of time at home what would you or what do you do the practice which will be practical.
So far besides the phone recordings I'll try to create little progressions in my mind or I'll take a song and just read the sheet music. I'll just read the music. Some practice tips would be great to help myself improve as a musician while I'm working these long hours. I also try to sing out intervals/chords until my throat will allow it but I feel like there are better ways to practice without an instrument then what I'm doing now.
