Hey everyone,
In the market for a bass sequencer to pair with my Elektron Machinedrum, and recently came across a Korg Monologue for $200. Anyone know if this will play nice in terms of clock syncing? Soundwise I’m going for fat, sub bass tones (ala old jungle records, boards of canada, Aphex twin etc).
My current solution is to step sequence bass using my Push and Synapse Audio’s “the legend” VST, which sounds awesome, but it would be nice to go Dawless for this part of the process. However am I also correct in assuming I would need to buy a mixer in order to monitor the drums and keys together? Appreciate any pointers since I’m a bit of a hardware noob.
