Hi i have been playing music for a pretty long time, mostly guitar and making beats. i think maybe violinist, trombonist and singers might have the answer because they have to find a pitch among a continuous amount of options.
i've noticed some days my sense of pitch is better than others. some days i can tune guitars to itself and other times i cant and am super off. i do notice on days in the moments after i learn songs by ear my sense of pitch improved temporarily. this is similar with rhythm, there are days that its good and there are days that its bad.
is there anything out there that talks about keeping these things consistent?
