Often it's really hard to find the music sheet for songs I like, or they are too complex, or they just include the instruments but not the voice...
So I've taken the habit of trying to play many songs by hearing, and I've gotten somewhat good at this, for example I figure out the entirety of "We are not gonna take it"
However the other day I was trying to figure out "Living on a Prayer" and I got stuck at the chorus and I just can't figure it out, so I'm coming here for help
Here's the lyrics: "Wo-oh, we are half way there. Wo-oh!, living on a prayer"
Here's what I got: f# g gg f# e d (silence) b c cc b a g a
I think the problem is at the last g, maybe that should be another note, but I've tried everything and nothing sounds right
Maybe it should be b c cc b a f# g but that doesn't convince me either
I'm complete out of ideas
Also, if you have tips for playing songs by hearing I'd love to read them
