I've been putting off learning the cello for years, and feel it's about time I stop procrastinating. There seem to be a lot of options from $150 cheap "student cellos" with poor online reviews, to instruments that cost a few thousand dollars (or more).
Any suggestions for an acceptable quality instrument that won't break my wallet in two?
