heyoo r/Learnmusic, about a year ago my dad bought a piano and after 6 months of looking at it I've been getting into it.
Problem is that I cant play around other people working, so my dad gave me his old MIDI keyboard.
It works great inside ableton but I think it's kinda ridiculous to load up this giant program only to use it as glorified MIDI, so I tried VMPK but the latency is too noticeable, I searched the web for other software MIDI pianos, but none of them come close to playable.
So do any of you know of a reasonably small program that can use my MIDI keyboard like a normal piano without much latency that runs on windows?
I just need to practice with my headphones on, thanks!
:-)
