Do you guys set the scale or use chromatic mode? I find that if the vocal is well performed chromatic does fine and setting the scale will make it sound way too overproduced. Is there anything wrong with using chromatic mode though? I'm no vocalist so I don't notice the details as well as a vocalist would but to me it always sounds better.
