Hi everyone, trying to learn Patrik Pietschmann's version of Han's Zimmers Time. I'm getting stuck at the 2:47 mark where he crosses over his left hand (around 4 and a bit 'ish octaves - not too familiar with music theory), and my shoulder and wrists feel really cramped and restricted.
This is the link for the cover and the time stamp where I'm getting stuck starts at 2:47.

I think it might have to do with my posture (or stance? form? not sure about the terminology) or the way I am sitting, not too sure.
Does anyone have advice on how I can play it, as right now it feels very uncomfortable and my motion feels restricted?
