So I'm currently thinking of learning an instrument because i always liked music, but I'm currently unsure if it would even be a good idea due to problems i will explain later.
So, first and foremost, the FAQ questions:
My budget is very small, probably nothing over £30 for something I might not even like. So that might be a gigantic problem for most of this.
I plan for self teaching, cause lessons and actual learning tools 9/10 always just make me feel dumb cause I can't understand it.
Only noise complaints i would get is from myself. I hate loud noises due to autism and would want something kind of quiet (and maybe in a low-ish pitch too.)
Size would be nice for something small, because i rarely have enough room in my bedroom as-is.
Long term goal is to just have something I'll have an enjoyment in learning and playing. I have problems with learning due to mental health issues.
Onto the other question given. I have dexterity issues in my dominant hand, as in i can't do things too fast with it effectively, and my non dominant hand (my left hand) is a lot better at it.
I have a lot of issues with learning and mental health, due to being easily confused on things and then beating myself up over it. So I'm not even sure if learning an instrument is a good idea for me. Honestly, the only thing i really wish I could ask is for a very simple and easy to learn instrument that doesn't really require that "left brain right brain" thing of the piano, and something that isn't too loud like a drumkit.
Sorry if this seems like an impossible fit. I'm fine with being told that it flat out won't work, I'm used to that haha. Thanks for the help, everyone.
