Hey! I’ve always wanted to learn drums, but never had the chance. I’ve tried guitar and piano but I’m not super coordinated or passionate about it. I was recently encouraged to try drums by a family friend who says he constantly sees me tapping along to music and thinks I’ll be good at it. Are drums harder to learn as an adult? (I’m 24yo) If I sucked at piano and guitar will I suck at drums as well? Maybe I’m just not coordinated for music… I’ve read some articles saying drums are easy to pick up if you’ve got good rhythm, and others saying they are one of the hardest instruments to learn so I’m torn! Any advice?
