Hey all! I’ve been wanting to start learning an instrument for ages now and always bounce between learning the cello and violin. Budgets not really a concern for me as I’m happy to save up for a few months, and would much rather pay the extra money/wait the extra time for an instrument I’m set on. I am kind of nervous for the size element of playing a cello though. Planning to get lessons either weekly or fortnightly and fill the gaps with self-teaching.
I did play clarinet and saxophone though not since primary school so a lot of that is gone now.
Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on which to start off with, tips on buying instruments etc. I have no idea where to start and am looking for any and all advice - thanks in advance!
