So, I know HeRobust (Hayden Kramer) records his own vocals for a lot of his tracks. For example, I know he recorded his own vocals for Skurt Reynolds, Dirty Work, Move Mint, and others. What I find really cool, is that he manages to get his vocals sounding at least relatively different in all of these tracks.
Anyway, I'm curious to know if you guys have any tips, tricks, or ideas as to how he went about processing his vocals or even as to how you go about processing these types of vocals.
I think I can hold my own when it comes to processing "singing" vocals but I've noticed I have a lot of trouble processing rap/trap vocals from scratch.
