Not sure if this is the right place to post, but here goes nothing.
Been working on edm production for X years, play piano and guitar, and decided to see if I could take apart my laptop and put it back together....
Needless to say, it didn't turn back on. I was an idiot and didn't back anything up. Not too worried, didn't really have anything 'special'.
Now I had already been planning on building a pc to fit my needs but my budget is tight so it won't be happening for another year or 2.
What I am wondering is if I should buy a cheap laptop in the meantime to keep me practicing or just practice piano and guitar a bit more till I can get my pc up and running?
Any advice would help, I just don't want to come to a stand still where I'm not doing anything music related.
