I used to play guitar and bass when I was younger but I was always pretty awful. I am older now and have some free time that I would like to fill with something productive. My favorite instrument is the Bass Guitar but I don't plan on being in a band or anything. I'll be playing 100 percent by myself. So my question is, "Would the Bass be a waste of time to learn or should I just pick up a guitar instead"? Thank you for your time.
