This problem is kinda hard to explain. When arranging a build up on a sequencer, I have this problem a lot. I would loop my 4 or 8 bars. Turn tracks on and off. Then move on the next 4-8 bars. Do the same. But then I would forget the feel of the build up I have had so far and make wrong decisions on the next 4-8 bars and mess up the feel of the build up. Not until I return the next hour or the next morning that the wrong impression of the build up is gone and then I can undo my mistakes and rework the build up. This makes the process of making build ups very confusing, tedious and time consuming for me.
For those who know what I am talking about, any tips?
