I understand the basics of putting together a buildup - chromatic riser, white noise filler, buildup drums, possibly an eq filter, ending with a 2-4 count break or solo vocal to carry in the drop.
But what are some advanced techniques for maximizing the amount of tension and making the drop as impactful as possible? Would love to hear some ideas!
